Phase II

1. Angiostatin

Angiostatin is a recombinant version of a naturally occurring angiogenesis inhibitor and a component of plasminogen, a protein known to be involved in coagulation.

2. Endostatin

Endostatin is a recombinant version of a naturally occurring protein. It targets abnormal blood vessel growth associated with a broad range of diseases including cancer.

3. Panzem

Panzem (2-methoxyestradiol) disrupts microtubules, the scaffold of cells that actively participates in cell division, leading to the down regulation of HIF (hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha). It targets rapidly growing cells with relatively high specificity and does not kill healthy cells.
