572016 is an ErbB-1 (EGFR) and ErbB-2 (HER2/NEU) dual kinase inhibitors. These two receptors have been implicated in the growth of various tumor types, and often are associated with a poor prognosis.

 

2. Bexxar

 

The Bexxar therapeutic regimen (Tositumomab and Iodine I 131 Tositumomab) is approved by the FDA for the treatment of patients with CD20 positive, follicular, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, with and without transformation, whose disease is refractory to Rituximab and has relapsed following chemotherapy.

Elacridar (GF120918), oral bioenhancer, is in the latest generation of multi-drug resistance-interacting compounds that specifically target the membrane-bound P-glycoprotein efflux pump.

Nelarabine is a novel water soluble prodrug of ara-G with T- cell selectivity. It is a nucleoside analogue that is rapidly converted to its corresponding arabinosylguanine nucleotide triphosphate (araGTP), resulting in inhibition of DNA synthesis and cytotoxity.
